What is Country at The Cut?
Country at The Cut is College Station's best country dance night — every Friday, we clear the floor, crank the country playlist, and turn BCS's most unique venue into its best honky-tonk. Think two-stepping, line dancing, cold drinks, and a room full of people there to have a good time. No experience needed.

When is Country Night at The Cut?
Every Friday night, 9 PM to 2 AM. Doors and dancing run all night, so come early to catch the lessons or roll in late — the floor stays open 'til close.

How much does it cost to get in?
Cover is $5 with presale tickets or $10 at the door. Presale ends at 8:30 PM the night of, and your ticket includes a drink ticket (soda or water). It's the most fun $5 you'll spend all week.

Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
You don't have to, but presale saves you money — $5 online versus $10 at the door. Presale closes at 8:30 PM on Friday, so grab yours earlier in the day to lock in the lower price.

Do you offer dance lessons?
Yes — free line dancing and two-step lessons most Friday nights, no partner or experience required. Whether you've never danced a step or you've been two-steppin' your whole life, we'll get you moving. Come a little early if you want in on the lesson.

Do I need a partner to come dance?
Not at all. Plenty of people show up solo and meet their dance partners on the floor. Country at The Cut is as much about meeting new people as it is about the dancing — bring your crew or come on your own.

Is there an age requirement?
Country Night is 18+ with a valid ID required at the door. If you're 21+, the full bar is open.

What kind of music do you play?
All country, all night — a mix of two-step, line dance, and dance-floor favorites old and new. It's the best country playlist in College Station, built to keep the floor packed.

Is there axe throwing on Country Night?
Country Night is all about the dance floor — no throwing on Friday nights after 9PM.
The Cut is College Station's only axe throwing bar with a full dance floor, and on Fridays the dancing takes center stage.
Want to throw? Book a throwing session that ends before 9. Or we've got open throwing and leagues other nights of the week.

What should I wear?
Whatever you'll have a good time in. Plenty of folks go full boots-and-jeans, others keep it casual — there's no dress code, just bring your dancing shoes.

The Cut is at 1601 Texas Ave S, College Station, TX 77840, in the Kohl's Shopping Center. There's free parking for hundreds of cars right out front.
